Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the unopened supplement bottles in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
