- Propriety blend of 15 billion CFU (MS) contains in equal strength:

- Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp90)
- Fructooligosacharide (FOS) (USP): 30 mg
- Children: above 1 years 1 to 2 sachets daily.
- Adults: 1-2 sachet twice or thrice daily
