Onato-V HCT is a triple-combination antihypertensive medication containing Amlodipine (10 mg – calcium channel blocker), Valsartan (160 mg – angiotensin II receptor blocker/ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg – thiazide diuretic). This comprehensive formulation is designed for patients whose hypertension is not adequately controlled with two-agent therapy. It works through three complementary mechanisms to lower blood pressure: vasodilation, angiotensin II blockade, and fluid reduction

Composition
