It contains dextromethorphan HBr and Chlorpheniramine Maleate that provide immediate relief from cough and congestion without making the children dizzy or sleepy.

Composition
Each 5ml contains:

• Dextromethorphan HBr: 10 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2 mg 

Suggested Usage

• To be administered to children after every four hour for hours for doses daily. 
• 6-12 years: 1 teaspoon
• Over 12 years: 2 teaspoon
• Use as directed by the physician.
